Today I received the newsboys | GO prerelease ablum. I will get the review up soon. The street date is 10.31.06

Audio Adrenaline Adios – The Greatest Hits Review

I am a fan of Audio Adrenaline so it is with sadness we see them go. We of course know the reason and know that all good things must come to en end. We personally know some of the members and with such our review is based on that.

We listen to this album and almost feel tears coming on. We are also happy knowing that this album is an offering to God. Also we are happy that the members can spend more time with their families. I know they will appreciate this and so will their families.

This album is a greatest hits album to which most I do not like. This one being a farewell by friends is one of the better ones. It starts off with Big House, which is a personal favorite due to a youth group in Yorktown, Indiana that I was a youth pastor of in years past. New songs on this album are Goodbye which is fantastic and Blaze of Glory which is also great.

This album like I said is a good one when compared to greatest hits albums. If you (more…)

DecembeRadio released their self-titled debut album June 27, 2006 and with that release they brought solid, straight-ahead arena-style rock ‘n’ roll back to the airwaves.  Their style of rock is reminiscent of the seventies stadium rock groups like Kansas, Boston and Aerosmith and a pure southern-rock sound like The Black Crowes or Lynyrd Skynyrd.  In fact, I was at a recent show where they covered Kansas’ “Carry On My Wayward Son” and also covered the Lenny Kravitz tune “Are You Gonna Go My Way”.  If you are familiar with those songs and know that they “rock”, then you will love DecembeRadio!

DecembeRadio is a foursome of guys (Josh Reedy, Brian Bunn, Eric Miker,
Boone Daughdrill) who with their big label debut release give us hook-laden, guitar rock jams that carry spiritual messages.  Although the music DecembeRadio cranks out is down to earth southern-style guitar rock, the Christian message is heavenly and obvious.  Their music will appeal to both the saved and unsaved, and once it hooks you, which doesn’t take long with songs like “Love Found Me”, “Dangerous” and “Drifter”, the newest single released to AC radio, a closer listen to the lyrics will draw you in to hear a wonderful message of hope and that fulfillment in this life comes through Christ.  (more…)

Newsboys – Go Album Review

I have received the firrst few songs off of the new Newsboys Go Album due out in stories October 31.
