This review comes a little late, but until now we had not watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. So that makes this the DVD review. I didn’t think I would like the movie. After watching it, I give it a pretty good rating. Johnny Depp made this movie funny, and gave a lot of laughs. This movie is a good one for the kids. Younger kids may leave the movie scared of squirrels after one scene where squirrels attack a bratty girl, but besides that I would feel comfortable with kids watching this movie. they did a good job keeping it fun and sticking with the story in many ways.
I would say this is a watch for adults and children.
