I&#039;m guessing that you&#039;re thinking there&#039;s no such thing as a white witch, i.e. a good witch, but Lewis isn&#039;t dealing with that sort of issue at all. Magic in Narnia has nothing to do with using occult powers that aren&#039;t in people&#039;s merely human nature, as magic in the real world would have to be. The reason she&#039;s the White Witch is because she&#039;s pale, dresses in white, and preserves everything in perpetual winter.</description>
